About me
Asia Powell is a supplier diversity liaison at the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) where she is responsible for working with businesses, utilities, and community organizations to improve access to opportunities for small and diverse business enterprises.
Prior to joining CPUC, Asia managed regulatory affairs at Frontier Communications, where she had responsibility for issues including broadband access and public safety. At Verizon, Asia managed the corporate giving program for the West Region.
Asia enjoys serving the community as a board member and volunteer for several local organizations.
