BELL 5th Annual Business & Government Contracting Summit

Daniella Milloy is a Contract Compliance Officer with the City of San Diego’s Equal Opportunity Contracting Program. She assists in the facilitation of the City’s Small Local Business Enterprise (SLBE) Program, attending small business outreach events, along with contract administration
and monitoring compliance with local, state and federal laws.

Daniella has a background in Economic Development with a focus on small business development, attraction, and retention. She has participated in the development and implementation of several business incentive programs and workforce development centers.

Daniella attended Hampton University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Captain of the Hampton Pirates softball team. She is looking forward to planting more roots in San
Diego’s Small Business community.

In her free time, Daniella is a sports enthusiast, avid golfer, and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
