Grady Gordon is a dedicated and multifaceted professional with a diverse background in both organizational leadership and the medical field. After serving six years in the U.S. Navy, Grady attended San Diego State University (SDSU), where he honed his skills and knowledge in engineering and project management.
Currently, Grady is the co-owner and Chief Operating Officer of a thriving family medicine practice, IWC Primary Care. In addition to his executive responsibilities, he plays a crucial role as the Director of Marketing, among many other tasks that contribute to the success and exponential growth of the practice.
Grady is a devoted husband and father to two wonderful children, Zyier, aged 7, and Sahara, aged 5. He believes in empowering people to realize and reach their potential, a philosophy that guides his professional and personal life.
Grady is a self-motivated and driven engineering business professional, focused on creatively advancing his expertise in every spectrum of organizational leadership and business development. He is passionate about working within an organization to make a positive impact in the medical field.
