If you ever sat in the audience when Kimberly was speaking on entrepreneurship, you were immediately captivated by her deep knowledge and passion for helping entrepreneurs accelerate their business growth. Kimberly Kelly-Rolfe is a premier business trainer, former professor of entrepreneurship at USC Marshall School of Business, and Director of the Southern California Virtual Business Center, which provides capacity training for diverse suppliers. She is best known for training entrepreneurs throughout Southern California to scale by leveraging corporate and government contracts and her previous work as the founder and CEO of Kelly Rolfe Financial Services.
Kimberly has extensive experience as a business owner and trainer. She has nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, with most of her career as an accountant and owner of Kelly Rolfe Financial Services, a Los Angeles based accounting firm, she owned and operated for 14 years before selling in 2018. She also has over 12 years of experience training entrepreneurs and has provided training on business and finance since 2007. In 2015, she visited the White House and met with the Obama administration to advocate on behalf of Small businesses. In 2017, she launched Accelerate business training to help entrepreneurs launch, run and grow in business and in 2018, she created CBEST to train diverse businesses for the capacity for corporate and government contracts. More recently, she founded the Southern California Virtual Business Center to continue her work to train and support diverse businesses. She has a bachelor’s degree in business and a Master of Science degree in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from USC Marshall School of Business. She has been recognized by the SBA and City of Los Angeles as an Emerging Leader in business. Currently, Kimberly resides in Los Angeles, California with her husband of 25 years and two children.
