About me
Wanda Rogers is Principal Owner of Construction Service Workers. She founded the company in April 2009, making her the only African American
Woman to own a Construction Staffing Agency in the country. Her newest endeavor, the Care Service Workforce Apprenticeship Program is vital to
our core existence. The SoCal Pre Apprenticeship Program was a collaboration with San Diego City College, which marked a pioneering
collaboration aimed at enhancing job readiness for individuals. Wanda is one of the few Women Minority Owned Underutilized Disadvantage
Business Enterprises in the State of California.
CSW identified the necessity for generating employment opportunities to contribute substantial value to the economy. Our Mission is to provide
excellent customer service to your business. Through this commitment, we offer your company highly skilled and trained workers who can support
you in achieving your clients’ goals and meeting project deadlines. Wanda is very active in the community. Her aspiration is to extend employment
opportunities to a wide spectrum of individuals within the community, including those who are disadvantaged, justice-involved, foster youth, and
experiencing homelessness.
